Albanese pledges $440m for schools, outlines his legacy

Anthony Albanese will on Tuesday promise $440 million to help schools and students adapt to living with COVID-19, and pledge that wages and the standard of living will be higher by the end of his first term in government.
The Labor leader is also expected to flag attempts to reform the Federation, so sorely tested by the pandemic, beginning with a consultation process with the states.
