The Australian Federal Police has admitted it didn't know Paladin director Craig Thrupp was connected to security firm Black Swan when it granted two extensions to a $1.8 million government contract.
The admission came days before the AFP quietly published tender data revealing Black Swan (PNG) Limited was awarded a further $580,000 contract for the security services in Papua New Guinea through to mid-2022.
