ACTU backs emergency IR exemptions but only for JobKeeper

The ACTU will back the extension of emergency industrial relations exemptions for businesses deemed eligible for a new JobKeeper program to start at the end of September.
But the union movement will not support extending the flexibility to others, including so-called legacy businesses – those that were on the first JobKeeper package but will not qualify for the second even though they may still be in difficulty.
