Fair Work Ombudsman warns managers over workplace breaches

The national workplace watchdog has warned human resources managers they could be held personally liable for breaches of workplace laws by their employer.
In a speech to human resources managers on Wednesday, Fair Work Ombudsman Natalie James will say that non-compliance with federal workplace laws had become a "cultural norm" in some parts of the labour market.
