Ex-Labor MP had 'alcoholic blackout' at fundraiser

A former NSW Labor MP says he can't remember to whom he gave a bag of donation forms and possibly cash after a fundraising dinner at the centre of an anti- corruption inquiry because he had an "alcoholic blackout".
The Independent Commission Against Corruption is examining whether Chinese billionaire Huang Xiangmo was the true source of $100,000 said to be donated by 12 people at a March 2015 Chinese Friends of Labor dinner.
