Court bid to stop DP World 'spying' on wharfies

Stevedore DP World had installed extra security cameras across its terminals, accusing the maritime union of trying to frustrate investigations into inappropriate workplace conduct.
But the union leadership has accused the company of trying to "spy" on employees, taking legal action to try to stop management's' "psychosocial warfare".
