Former NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian has lodged legal action that claims the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption did not have any evidence that proved she engaged in “serious corrupt conduct”.
Court documents released on Tuesday also reveal Ms Berejiklian will argue her relationship with former MP Daryl Maguire did not lead to a conflict of interest between her private interest and public duty.
