Berejiklian conduct corrupt, ICAC faces reforms

The NSW corruption watchdog will be forced to stick to “time standards” under reforms being drafted by the Minns Labor government after taking nearly three years to investigate former premier Gladys Berejiklian.
The Independent Commission Against Corruption found Ms Berejiklian engaged in “serious corrupt conduct” and “breached public trust” by helping advance $25 million in regional grants to MP Daryl Maguire, without disclosing their “close personal relationship”.
