Labor MPs say Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan’s more “consultative” leadership style has helped repair a brutal factional rift that emerged after former leader Daniel Andrews resigned.

One Labor MP, who did not wish to be named, told The Australian Financial Review things were “noticeably different” under the watch of Ms Allan, who notches her 100th day as Victorian premier on Friday.
