The land of Little Red Books would profit from talking about indoctrination with the best.

In shock news this week it was reported that a widespread cyber attack on the NSW Department of Education networks had forced it to shut down a number of its internal systems. Meanwhile, in a remote and nondescript building in the outer suburbs of Beijing, a group of highly sophisticated cyber-espionage operators held their daily morning briefing.
