AUSTRALIAN Industry Development Corp said it became entitled to 86.17 per cent of shares in AIDC Ltd. The corporation, wholly owned by the Federal Government, is making a bid for the 21 per cent of AIDC Ltd it does not already own. The corporation has offered $2.10 for every share.
