There have been at least five complaints about the behaviour of a member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal by AAT employees over the past six years, Senate estimates was told on Monday.
The principal registrar of the AAT, Michael Hawkins, revealed that 19 members or deputy presidents have had multiple bullying, harassment or discrimination complaints laid against them between 2016-17 and 2021-22.
