Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has unveiled his new cabinet, with Lizzie Blandthorn replaced in the planning portfolio by Sonya Kilkenny.

Earlier this year Ms Blandthorn recused herself from deliberations about projects involving clients of her lobbyist brother, Hawker Britton director John-Paul Blandthorn, to avoid conflicts of interest.
