Federal Court judge Melissa Perry really took her time with her judgment in the dispute between the Binetter family, founders of Nudie Juice, and the Tax Office.

In fact, Hearsay suspects the two years and nine months it took – from the last of the seven consecutive hearing days in September 2020 until the decision last Friday, June 9 – could well be a record for the court.
