SA land tax overhaul likely to be blocked

South Australian Treasurer Rob Lucas has vowed that the third tweak of a land tax overhaul will be the last, after four months of wrangling since it was announced in the June state budget.
But the land tax overhaul faces a difficult route through state parliament because of hostile crossbenchers in the upper house, and appears likely to fail despite the latest revamp.
