Revealed: Which super fund directors earn the most

AustralianSuper’s directors earned more than their counterparts at any other fund last financial year, outstripping those of comparably sized funds by more than half a million dollars despite delivering returns below most rivals.
Analysis by AFR Weekend shows the industry mega fund’s board took home a combined $2.2 million, much of which is paid directly to unions because they appoint directors to its board.
