Revealed: Big super’s executive gender pay gap
The country’s eight most powerful industry super funds, which are pressuring the companies they invest in to increase the number of women in senior ranks, have just one woman among their top 10 paid executives.
Aware Super boss Deanne Stewart was the only woman to crack the top 10 and the only female chief executive across the funds, while HESTA CIO Sonya Sawtell-Rickson was the lowest paid, analysis by The Australian Financial Review revealed.
