More CFMEU directors removed from industry super fund boards
CFMEU administrator Mark Irving, KC, has removed two directors appointed by the union to the board of building industry superannuation fund BUSSQ, as the fallout from the union’s administration continues in the $3.9 trillion super sector.
The move on Thursday follows Mr Irving forcing three CFMEU-appointed directors off the board of $92 billion superannuation fund Cbus and standing down more than 200 people from union roles more broadly since taking control of the entity late last month.
