Australia’s most complained about super funds revealed

Cbus recorded more complaints per member than any other major superannuation fund last year, adding to a customer service scandal engulfing the construction industry outfit.
A technical ranking of 5.38 out of every 10,000 Cbus members complained to the national watchdog about the fund’s services last financial year, far outstripping an average of 2.95 across the country’s 20 biggest super funds.
