Pre-symptomatic COVID-19 cases a wildcard

Pre-symptomatic coronavirus cases – people who have caught the virus and are not yet showing symptoms – are potential wildcards for transmission as restrictions ease, according to Allen Cheng, a leading expert in the pandemic.
