The Australian government is quite right that Australian businesses can be the natural partners for our Pacific neighbours.

While Australia will not likely be able to compete with the sheer weight of money China may bring to bear, China cannot compete with the flexibility, nuance and sensitivity a multicultural Australia can bring to business.
