Hurry up with Narrabri gas, Angus Taylor tells NSW

Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor has called out Matt Kean over his demands for a gas reservation fed by other states, saying the NSW government is yet to fulfil a promise to open the state’s Narrabri gas field and supply an extra 90 petajoules to households and businesses.

Speaking at the National Press Club in Canberra on Wednesday, Mr Taylor reminded Mr Kean of a $3 billion deal in early 2020 between the Commonwealth and NSW to unlock more gas.
