Finding someone to fix your EV is hard, and may be about to get harder

Matthew Jones received his new Kia EV5 on March 11. He drove the electric vehicle without issue for just two weeks and 446 kilometres.

“For two weeks all seemed fine, [it] drove well, I was enjoying having it. Then one morning I jumped in it to take my kid to school and it wouldn’t go anywhere: you could put it in neutral but that was it.”
