Nuclear power would ensure the Albanese government meets its grand vision of revitalising union-dominated sovereign manufacturing and supply chains more quickly than putting all its efforts into a “de-localised” renewable energy grid, says a prominent left-wing Canadian pro-nuclear activist.

Co-founder and president of Canadians for Nuclear energy, Chris Keefer, said every country that has turned to nuclear energy has benefited from a surge in concentrated economic activity.
