The prime minister says politicians regularly receive free upgrades from Qantas and other airlines. The important issue here, according to Anthony Albanese, is that such upgrades should always be declared, as he has done. We should all move on (“Albanese did not declare upgrades for his ex-wife”).
Well, not quite. It seems Mr Albanese received upgrades, worth thousands of dollars, on 22 international flights for himself and, on occasion, family members.
