Labor is killing Victoria’s economy: Dutton

Peter Dutton accused the Allan government in Victoria of killing the state economy after it was marked down in a respected national performance ranking, in the latest sign the state is falling behind.

Victoria dropped one place to fourth in the latest quarterly analysis of all state and territory economic performance published in CommSec’s State of the States report, on the back of declining house prices, low wages growth and weak household spending.
