Perrottet slams Canberra for tax reform drought

NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet is rebuking federal politicians for failing "visionary leadership" and their "perpetual campaign mode", arguing they are ignoring desperately needed tax reforms to lift people's prosperity.

In a blunt speech to be delivered today, Mr Perrottet will lament the "Canberra comatosis" and revolving door of prime ministers since Kevin Rudd, a trend that has left former Treasury boss Ken Henry's tax review "gathering dust" for a decade.
