Loosen rules so banks can write more home loans: Liberal MP

Liberal homeownership spokesman Andrew Bragg has endorsed a call by bankers to relax home loan regulations to make it easier for first home buyers to enter the housing market.
Senator Bragg said CoreLogic figures showed a salary of more than $280,000 was needed to afford Sydney’s median house price of $1.4 million.
