'Failure': Small Business Ombudsman calls for arbitration reform

Australia's courts are stacked against small businesses when they try to go up against big companies, the Ombudsman says.
The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Kate Carnell wants to overhaul arbitration processes across the country to make it cheaper and easier for the country's mum and dad businesses.
