Clarius guidance shows weak IT hiring outlook

Listed technology recruitment specialist Clarius Group , which includes the well-known Candle Australia brand, has blamed challenging trading conditions for its half-yearly profit guidance, which is well down on last year.
The company has forecast net profit after tax for the half-year ending December 31 in the range of $1.2 million to $1.4 million. This compared with a net profit of $2.4 million in the previous corresponding period.
