The South Australian government is inviting qualified proponents of low-waste, low-carbon emission economic policies to prepare a blueprint of not more than 50 pages for policymakers on how to encourage a circular economy for the state.
A circular economy is a global economic model that decouples economic growth and development from the consumption of finite resources. It is an economic policy approach taken by green and environmentally political groups, believers in anthropogenic catastrophic global warming and groups seeking to minimise use of carbon-based energy, including coal and oil.
