Million jobs target on track with another 16,000 in January

Employment growth slowed in January but remains on track to match the Coalition government's promise to oversee the creation of one million jobs over five years by September.
Payrolls rose by 16,000 from December, when it increased by a revised 33,500, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday.
