Loyal shareholders of Nvidia are doubling down on their already large bets in the chip-making giant after another bumper quarterly result cleared the way for more buying.

Long-time shareholder Munro Partners had already upped Nvidia’s weighting in its flagship $1.5 billion Global Growth Fund to 6.5 per cent heading into the result on Thursday morning, from 4.1 per cent at the end of April.
