Fund manager Anton Tagliaferro to bow out with value on top

Investors Mutual founder Anton Tagliaferro warns central banks have underestimated the threat of high inflation, meaning interest rates will have to keep rising, as the consumer price index shock on Wall Street reverberates through global equity markets.

Mr Tagliaferro will retire in March 2023, it was revealed on Wednesday, which will mark 25 years in business for the investment manager known as IML, which has been majority owned by Natixis Investment Managers since 2017.
