Fox Corp downgraded by BofA amid Dominion lawsuit risk

Bank of America recommended investors should sell some shares in Fox Corp with little near-term catalyst to drive the stock price higher and amid lingering concerns about Dominion Voting Systems’ $US1.6 billion defamation lawsuit.

BofA analyst Jessica Reif Ehrlich cut her rating on the media group to neutral from buy and slashed her share price target by 19 per cent to $US34 ($50.71).
