ASX to rise, Wall St edges up, bitcoin eases after topping $US93,000

Australian shares are poised to rise. US equities were holding very modest gains in late trade. Gold slipped, oil edged up and iron ore was flat. Bitcoin briefly topped $US93,400, then faded. The S&P 500 closed at 5985.38.
