Contango MicroCap, a listed investment company backed by Kerry Packer, said it would move towards full investment in equities and was still "optimistic regarding the outlook of equity valuation in the medium term".
In its inaugural quarterly investment commentary, released yesterday, Contango said corporate earnings were set to increase in the next two years and "we are now looking at the prospect of global synchronised growth for the first time in many years".
