‘Disgusting’: Medibank customers fury over lack of contact

Medibank hack victims whose information may have been on the dark web since Wednesday and who have not yet heard directly from the insurer say they are disappointed not to have been personally informed.
Kenneth Good, 82, from Cobar in far western NSW, is one of 1000 AHM customers whose data may have been sent to the insurer as proof for ransom.
