Macquarie exec leads Mosman bonanza with $23m house sale
Peter Warne has sold his home on Sydney’s lower north shore, the strongest sale in the well-heeled harbourside suburb.
Macquarie Group executive chairman Peter Warne and his wife, Frances, sold their historic Mosman home, Stonehenge, on Friday. The sale took the number of ultra-prestige house sales in the Sydney suburb to more than 40 this year alone.
The bull run of house sales in the rarefied $10 million-plus range almost doubles the previous best-performing years of 2018, when there were 19 house sales in that range.
