Mosman developer flips pub for nearly four times his buy price

Mosman-based developer Tony de Saxe has cashed in on strong demand for pubs in Sydney’s outer west by selling the Royal Hotel in Camden to publican Ben Lawler for $19.5 million.

That is almost four times what Mr de Saxe paid for the corner hotel at 39 Argyle Street in 2015, although it did undergo a recent extensive renovation and refurbishment.
