The shadow cabinet is expected to agree on Monday to leave unchanged the stage three income tax cuts for medium to high income earners, should Labor win the next federal election.
The party’s front bench is also expected to draw a line under any revisitation of the proposed curbs to negative gearing which Labor took to the last two federal elections.
