In pastel blue and lilac shades – and using unexpected fabrics and craft techniques – masculine fashion is getting a makeover.
Comedian W.C. Fields famously quipped that he felt sorry for people who don’t drink “because when they get up in the morning, it’s as good as they’ll feel all day”. The same might be said of men getting dressed: from pyjamas to corporate suits, men’s style looks pretty much the same, morning to night, day in and day out. You might say it’s as good as they’ll ever look.
But perhaps that is changing.
