Criminal charges against Tax Office whistleblower Richard Boyle are being reconsidered.

Mr Boyle, a former Adelaide public servant, spoke publicly in 2018 about aggressive practices by the Australian Taxation Office, telling a joint investigation by Nine newspapers and the ABC about the hardline use of garnishee notices to claw back tax debts from individuals and business.
