ASIO goes woke: spy boss says political labels outdated

The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation will abandon the use of the terms “right-wing extremism” and “Islamic extremism” to describe terrorism.
The spy agency said the expressions were outdated and no longer fitted the evolving threat facing Australia such as the emergence of violent misogynists.
