New York | A high-profile rioter who stormed the US Capitol says he was “betrayed” by Donald Trump for not pardoning him and is willing to testify against the former president at his impeachment trial next week, his lawyer said.
Arizona’s Jacob Chansley – who famously took part in the January 6 insurrection while sporting face paint, no shirt and a furry hat with horns – was “horrendously smitten” with Mr Trump, said Chansley’s lawyer, Albert Watkins.
