Firefighter killed in NSW as bushfires rage
Another day of bushfires ended in tragedy as one volunteer firefighter was killed and two colleagues suffered burns after a truck crashed in southern NSW.
Earlier in the day, fire crews battled a 20m high wall of flame in Victoria with 14 km high smoke columns creating fire-generated thunderstorms.
