Along with the rest of the nation, leading Australian chef Matt Moran is pondering the million-dollar question of when it’s safe to fly – in terms of not ending up stuck abroad or interstate, or in isolation as a close contact over the festive break.
“We’ve decided to skip skiing overseas in January, but I don’t think much will stop me from going to Europe for their summer next year,” he told The Australian Financial Review of his family holiday plans. Like most Australians, he’s not done an international flight for almost two years.
