Kate’s friends were all getting filler injections, she told Dr Adam Honeybrook. In his practice in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, late last year, they were discussing options for the subtle changes she had started to notice: a soft sag under her chin, the first hints of jowling, and cheeks that had begun their descent.
