Talk fests give chefs something to feast on

Australia's top chefs, who believe they are role models and can shape society, are getting together in record numbers to share and talk about what we can do in this "food obsessed" nation.
Traditionally chefs have kept to themselves, not wanting to give away trade secrets. But that's all changing and those who have stuck to that mentality will be left behind, said Gerard's bistro head chef, Ben Williamson.
