The retro game that has this company boss hooked

How do you play Rummikub?
There are 106 tiles, numbered one to 13, with two jokers. It’s a four-person game – you can play with two but it tends to work better with four. In our Rummiklub, we have eight players, so two games of four people. You start with 14 tiles and the idea is to get rid of them. You do this by forming sequences of numbers on the board, but you only have one minute to do that each turn. The timer adds a lot to it; you have to think quickly.
